Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Doncaster, who are looking for Warehouse Administration Supervisor to join their team.

About the role as a Warehouse Administration Supervisor:

• TEMP TO PERM AFTER 12 WEEKS
• £11+ PER HOUR DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE
• £25K - £26K PER ANNUM RATE ON PERM
• Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager and working closely with the administration and management teams
• SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS

Available shifts as a Warehouse Administration Supervisor:

• Mon - Fri : 0800 - 1600
• Mon - Fri: 1900 - 1700

Your responsibilities as a Warehouse Administration Supervisor:

• Maintain the internal administrative systems;
• Provide effective and efficient administration support;
• Supervise completion of monthly billing accurately and on time in conjunction with Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Provide information and reports on request to enable progress to be reviewed and identify trends;
• Ensure all team members are developed to be knowledgeable in all positions within the Warehouse function.
• Support Customer Service in managing customers when required.
• Support Warehouse Operations Manager in on-boarding new Customers.
• Any other duties as required for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

The ideal Warehouse Warehouse Administration Supervisor:

• Ideally you will have Experience with SAP system
• Great attention to detail
• Reliable with a desire to succeed
• Target driven / motivated
• Good English communication
• Initiative and the ability to solve problems
