Picker Packer - Day shift - up to £15.15 p/h - Immediate start!
Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with a luxury department store distribution centre based in Northampton - NN4, who are looking for Picker Packer to join their team.
About the role as a Picker Packer:
- 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS
- SHIFT TIMES AVAILABLE:
- 0700 PM -7.00 A,
- FULL TRAINING PROVIDED- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS WITH PERMANENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES!
Pay rate as a Picker Packer:
- NIGHT SHIFT £9.52
- HIGHER PAY RATES AFTER 12 WEEKS SERVICE £10.09
- OVERTIME £11.60
Your responsibilities as a Picker Packer:
- Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas
- Order picking, packing, checking & labelling
- Stock Checking and rotating
- Working towards set daily productivity targets
- General warehouse duties
The ideal Picker Packer profile:
- Ideally you will have warehouse / picking experience- however this is not essential
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
- Initiative and the ability to solve problems
