Picker Packer- Night shift - up to £12.21 p/h - Immediate start!
Staffing Match are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Northampton, who are looking for Picker Packer to join their team.
About the role as a Picker Packer:
- £9.22 PER HOUR PRE 12 WEEKS
- £12.43 PER HOUR FOR OVERTIME PRE 12 WEEKS
- 10.09 PER HOUR POST 12 WEEKS
- £12.21 PER HOUR FOR OVERTIME POST 12 WEEKS
- FULL TRAINING PROVIDED- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- SECURE ONGOING POSITIONS
Available shifts as a Picker Packer:
- 5 ot of 7
- 22:00 - 06:00
Your responsibilities as a Picker Packer:
- Working in an extremely busy and fast paced environment
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Reading labels and ensuring stock is distributed to the correct areas
- Order picking, packing, checking & labelling
- Stock Checking and rotating
- Working towards set daily productivity targets
- General warehouse duties
The ideal Warehouse Picker Packer:
- Ideally you will have warehouse / picking experience- however this is not essential
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed
- Target driven / motivated
- Good English communication
- Initiative and the ability to solve problems
