English language - fluent in speaking and writing
Experience in customer service / customer care
Good communication skills
Have computer literacy.
Provide customer follow-up services.
Apply knowledge of human behaviour.
Process order forms with customer's information.
Ensure customer focus.
Implement customer follow-up.
Process customer orders.
Keep records of customer interaction.
Perform escalation procedure.
Perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Analyse problems for opportunities.
Guarantee customer satisfaction.
Communicate with customers.
Apply conflict management.
Control of expenses.
